SoulSync Coaching

A Clinically Grounded Method
The SoulSync Coaching Method

A clinically grounded framework for healing the wounds that have been quietly running your life.

The SoulSync Coaching Method

SoulSync is the method I developed over 24 years of clinical work — sitting across from people who were trying to love each other, trying to love themselves, and kept missing the mark for reasons they could not name.

It is not a self-help framework. It is not positive thinking. It is a structured, trauma-informed process for doing two specific things, in this order.

The Two Steps
Clarity, then Congruence.
01
Clarity

Naming what you are actually carrying.

Most people are not stuck because they lack discipline or insight. They are stuck because the wounds running their adult life were formed before they had language to describe them.

Clarity is the work of identifying — with precision — what those wounds are. Where they came from. How they show up in your relationships, your work, your body, and the quiet conversations you have with yourself when no one else is listening.

You cannot heal what you cannot see. Clarity is how you start to see.

02
Congruence

Bringing your inner truth and your outer life into alignment.

Once the wounds are named, the work shifts. Congruence is the practice of dismantling the survival strategies you built to get through — the people-pleasing, the over-functioning, the emotional dishonesty, the version of you that performs love instead of receiving it.

And in their place, learning how to live, love, and lead from your authentic self. Not the self you were taught to be. The one who was always there, underneath.

Inside a Session
What a SoulSync session actually looks like.

A typical session moves through three phases.

  1. Phase 1
    The Opening

We anchor in where you are right now. What is alive in your life this week, what is heavy, what is unresolved. No agenda you have to perform.

  2. Phase 2
    The Work

We go beneath the surface story to the pattern underneath it. This is where SoulSync becomes specific to you. You will not get a generic framework or a worksheet. You will get the exact piece of clarity you needed today.

  3. Phase 3
    The Integration

Before we close, we name what shifted, what to watch for in the days ahead, and what to bring to the next session. You leave with something concrete, not just a feeling.

I have been trying to put words to that for years. I just didn’t have them yet.

Is It For You?
SoulSync is for people ready to look honestly at themselves.

Not with shame, but with clear-eyed compassion. It is not for people looking for a quick fix or a guru. It is for people who are done repeating the same patterns and are willing to do the work to understand why those patterns were running in the first place.

If that is you, the next step is simple.

Common Questions
About SoulSync Coaching.
How is SoulSync different from regular therapy?

SoulSync is a coaching method, not clinical therapy. It draws on 24 years of clinical training but is structured as a forward-focused, growth-oriented process. Therapy treats diagnosed conditions. SoulSync helps you understand and rewrite the patterns running your life.

How many sessions does it take?

Most clients experience meaningful clarity within the first 1–3 sessions and significant change within 6–12 sessions of consistent work. Lasting transformation is a longer arc — but you’ll feel the difference quickly.

Can I do SoulSync as a one-time intensive instead of weekly sessions?

Yes. The True Connections individual intensive and Higher Love couples intensive both use the SoulSync framework in a 1–2 day immersive format. Many clients find the intensive format produces deeper and faster results than weekly sessions.

Is SoulSync available worldwide?

Yes. SoulSync sessions are conducted online and available globally, in any time zone.

Do I need to be in crisis to benefit from SoulSync?

No. While many clients arrive at a difficult moment, SoulSync is just as powerful for people who feel “fine on paper” but sense something underneath isn’t right. You don’t have to be falling apart to deserve this work.
